Your site tells people things
It's your business card, open at 3am. Visitors get what they came for — what you do, what it costs, how to reach you — and then they call, email, or walk in. The pages change when you decide they change, not on their own.
That's you if you want:

Tier 2 · from $2,000
Your site does things
People don't just read it — they use it. They sign in, buy, book, upload, post, and each one gets their own view of their own stuff. There's a real database behind it, working while you sleep.
That's you if you want:
- A store that takes payments and tracks orders
- Customer logins, accounts, or a members-only area
- Booking, scheduling, or reservations
- A blog readers comment on — or anything visitors post to
- Dashboards, admin tools, or data that changes on its own

Most small businesses genuinely need the Launch Site. If your site's job is to make the phone ring, the extra $1,500 buys you nothing but a bigger bill. Don't let anyone — me included — sell you an app you don't need.

Common questions
What does the monthly fee cover?
It's optional, and it covers hosting on AWS, SSL, backups, security patches, framework updates, uptime monitoring, and small content changes (text, images, hours). Your site stays fast and current without you touching it. Skip it and you just pay the build cost once.
How does payment work?
Every project starts with a quote. You tell me what you need, I send a fixed price to your account, and you accept and pay it there through Stripe. Launch Sites are a single payment — plus the first month alongside it if you've opted into hosting. Custom projects are split: a 50% deposit to start the work, the balance before your site goes live. If you're on a monthly plan you can cancel any time — you keep the site, I stop hosting it.
How are custom apps quoted?
We talk through the features you need — accounts, payments, live data, admin tools — and you get a fixed upfront price starting at $2,000, plus a monthly rate that reflects the app's hosting footprint. The quote appears in your account, where a single click accepts and pays it.
What if I don't have the upfront capital?
Talk to me anyway. If the build cost is the blocker — especially for a store or app that's going to earn revenue — we can look at profit sharing instead: little or nothing up front, and an agreed share of what the site brings in until the build is paid off. Every project is different, so tell me what you have in mind and we'll work something out.
What if I don't want monthly hosting or maintenance?
Then you don't pay it. Say so when you get in touch and I'll quote the build on its own — I set the site up on hosting you own and hand over the keys. One payment, no subscription, nothing monthly. That applies to both tiers, and you can always add hosting later.
Can you keep building features after launch?
Yes — that's the additional-features add-on. For a flat monthly amount on the same subscription, I keep actively developing your site: new pages, new functionality, whatever's next on your list. It's quoted alongside the project and you can drop it whenever the site is where you want it.
Who owns the website?
You do. The design, the content, and the domain are yours. If you ever leave, I hand over everything cleanly.
